Hello my loves!
A lot of people take for granted the importance of a morning routine. What we do in the morning to start our day set us up for success or failure for the rest of the day.
Here are some tips to start your day full of energy and purpose:
Tip 1: Start your day on the right foot by giving it a boost of natural energy. I always start my day with a glass of lemon water and chia seeds. I always add 1 table spoon of chia seeds, warm water, ½ lemon and a leave of mint. This glass is full of antioxidants, vitamin c, A and fiber. It will give you tones of energy to start your day, plus you will enjoy the wonderful health benefits it has for your immune system and your skin.
Tip 2: To continue adding to the boost of natural energy to stat your day, work out for at least 30 minutes. Working out in the morning, will help you maintain the energy levels throughout the day. I always go for a walk for 30 minutes in the morning and then work out for another 30 minutes. I do strength exercises for different parts of my body.
Tip 3: Meditate, pray, quiet your mind and stay still. I meditate for at least 15 minutes every morning. I stay quiet and let my spirit speak. I also spend time with God reading His word and growing Spiritually. This always helps me quite my thoughts, relax, recharge my faith and find peace within myself. It is perfect to help me stay balanced throughout the day.
Tip 4: Have a green juice or shake. Green juices will help you boost your energy levels for the day in addition to helping you feel healthy from the inside out. I will be sharing some delicious green juices and shakes recipes in up coming videos and blog posts with you. So stay tune!
Tip 5: Plan your day the night before so you have a clear idea in the morning of what your goals will be for the day. I also leave my outfit ready the night before so it helps me save time in the morning. You will be setting yourself up for a successful day by planning your day the night before. I always keep my calendar up to day with my daily events and I review it before I start my day along with my vision board. I am always looking for inspiration and focus for the day.
So there you have them my loves, I hope this morning routine will inspire you and motivate you to incorporate new healthy habits in your morning rutine.
I challange you to follow these tips for at least one week and I promise you will see the difference in your energy levels, the avility to focus, an improvement in your mood and the success in your day overall.
